I can't believe it's been forty years! I retired in January 08 from the Chicago Police Department where I spent most of my time as a detective. I immediately moved out of the City to Tinley Park, where I live with my husband. Over the years I've raised my daughter, who is now a social worker on the west side of Chicago. I've gotten a few grey hairs on that one. She still works in the neighborhoods that I did...she's got an angel on her shoulder. I'm also awaiting a grandchild, most likely from Peru. I can't wait. My husband and I are planning to do some traveling and then I'll figure out what I plan to do next............
